Applicants are invited from Pakistani nationals to fill the following positions under the project “Higher

Education Development in Pakistan (HEDP) on contract basis:

1. Position Titles For Programmer:-

 i. Programme Coordinator (NAHE)(MP-IIl, 01 Position)

ii. Programme Specialist - Teaching Excellence (MP-III, 01 Position)

iii. Programme Specialist - Research (MP - Il}, 01 Position)

iv. Programme Specialist - Academic Governance (MP-III, 01 Position)

V. Programme Specialist - Financial Management (MP-III, 01 Position)

Term of employment:-         

Initially for a period of one(01) year, extendable on the basis of satisfactory, performance and requirement. |

Salary and other Benefits:-

 i. Basic Pay:            Rs.      127,050 - 18,150 - 181,500

 ii. House Rent:      Rs.       33.000 - 44,000

iii. Utilities:             Rs.       5,775 - 8,250

iv. Monetised Value of Transport Facility: Rs. 65,060/-

Qualification/Experience:-

 

                     PhD with minimum six (06) years post qualification relevant experience

                                                              oR

                     Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years of education) with a minimum of eight (08) years post qualification relevant experience. (Detail TORs on HEC website).

Maximum Age = 62 Years

 

2. | Position Title | Assistant (06 Positions) |

 Term of employment:-

  Initially for a period of one (01) year, extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance and requirement

Salary and other Benefits = PPS-5 (Rs. 40,000, all-inclusive)

 Qualification/ Experience :-

                           Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years of education) with one (01) year post qualification experience in the relevant field. (Detail TORs on HEC website).

Maximum Age = 35 Years

The candidate will either resign or seek retirement before joining in light of Government of Pakistan, Finance Division (Regulations Wing's) O.M. No. 3(10) R-4/2000 dated 08.05.2001.

5.  Incomplete/ate applications will not be entertained

6. Experience means the experience gained after obtaining the minimum required qualification.

7. Part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internee experience will not be considered. However, full-time internship (after 16 years of education) in public sector organisation will be considered as experience only tor the post of Assistant.

8.  Only eligible candidates will be called for interview. Written test will be conducted against the post of Assistant.

9.  Interviews of eligible candidates can be arranged via audio/video conference.

10. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
