OR
Master's Degree (Second Division) in Project Management or Management Sciences or Policy Studies or Economics or Development or Business Administration with a basic degree of Veterinary Sciences from a recognized University having four years experience in BS-17 and above or equivalent private sector experience duly accredited by Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council as per SOP laid down by L&DD Department;
OR
DVM degree from a recognized University having five years' experience in BS-17 or equivalent private sector experience duly accredited by Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council as per SOP laid down by L&DD Department; and
ii) Having a valid registration with Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council.
