Configure yahoo small business email account at Microsoft outlook 2016
In this blog, I detailed described step by step how to configure a yahoo business email account at Microsoft Outlook 2016, 2020, and 2013. Please watch the full video for a better understanding. Step 1 Search Yahoo Business Mail Login Page:

Go to google search and type yahoo bizmail login and
Click on the first link that appear on the screen for logging in to the yahoo business
email address at browser.
Step 2 Login To Yahoo Bizmail Account At Browser:

Sign in with your yahoo business email and
password. This is a separate page for logging into a yahoo account with a business
email address in front of the personal yahoo email account. Business email address
is attached with a domain that shows the identity of the business.

Step 3 Click TO Account Info :

After
signing in move your cursor at the top where the account picture and name shows. When
you move your cursor at the picture a new screen pop up and select account info in
this screen.
Step 4 Click On Manage App Passwords:

In
account info, page select manage app passwords highlighted in the above picture.
Step 5 Select App In which You Want To Setup You Email Account:

Manage
app password in yahoo account shows multiple third-party apps in which you have to select your
desired app. It shows the android email app, iPhone email app, outlook android, and
outlook desktop. In this option, you have to select outlook desktop for
creating a new password for your outlook desktop application. After selecting
outlook desktop click on generate highlighted at the above screenshot. Password
generate for your new outlook desktop app.
Step 6 Click To Copy Password:

First
click to copy, the password has been copied, and then click done. Now you can save
this password at your record also. Moreover, use to paste the password at
Outlook desktop configuration where you set up your email account.
Step 7 Open MS Outlook and click on File:

Open
your Microsoft outlook 2016 and then click on the file to configure your Yahoo Email in MS Outlook. If you did not add any
account before then outlook starts with add account page. Then you do not need to go
for file and then the account settings tab. You can add your account from there.
Step 8 Select Account Setting For Adding Your Email Account:

After
selecting, file then select the account-setting tab for adding up your yahoo
business email account.
Step 9 Click On New for adding a new email account:

After
Entering to the account setting now, select the New tab for adding your new email
account in MS outlook 2016.
Step 10 Click On Manual Setup For Configuration MS Outlook:

After
clicking on new a new window open like showing above screenshot, you have to
select manual setup for configuring your email account.
Step 11 Select Account Type POP or IMAP:

Select
POP or IMAP, then go for next and then select your account type pop3.
Step 12 Enter Incoming Outgoing Servers Settings, Email Address, And Password:

When
you enter into manual setup you have to enter the required information into the tab
showing above. Give Your full name then Email address select Pop3 into
account type then give the same email address in incoming and outgoing server
showing into the above screenshot. In the User Name tab give the full Email address
again normally it gets automatically when you give the email above if not then
you himself add it. Then give the password into the password box. If you have an existing outlook folder saved then go to the existing outlook data file then browse
to select the file where you saved it. If you do not have a file keep selecting a new
outlook data file.
Step 13 Click On More Settings Then Outgoing Server:

Click on More Settings and then click on the outgoing server tab and click on the check box My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
Step 14 Click On Advanced Tab:

Click on Advanced tab and then click on the check box this server requires an encrypted connection (SSL). Set the Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 465 and select SSL in the drop-down menu Use the following type of encrypted connection. Check the check box Leave a copy of messages on the server. And uncheck the checkbox removes it from the server after 14 days.
Step 15 Click On Next to Complete Configuration:

Now
All Your Settings have been completed click on the next button to complete the
configuration.
