Please Follow Below Steps to remove the issue:
1. 1. Goto windows services and run as administrator
2. 2. Search SSDP services
3. 3. Select automatic in drop down menu then click ok.
4. 4. In services now selct UPnP Service and set it also to automatic.
5. 5. Set The UPnP service to automatic from drop down menu.
